“Dr. Dillon’s exceptional intelligence, kind hearted nature and rational decision making is clearly demonstrated with each session. Derived from her time in law school, she has the incredible ability to take on large amounts of information, break it down, and build action plans to quickly and effectively solve problems. In addition, I am sincerely grateful for her always showing up with an engaged, caring, and positive attitude. Her interest is so genuine, and thoughtful, it makes it easy for her to continuously provide unwavering support. Anyone lucky enough to be under her professional care would all agree that she is an irreplaceable, and life changing, resource.”

Dr. Dillon has been wonderful helping me to sort out my anxiety and helping me to talk through strategies on how to help gain more control over my emotions and decision making. She’s incredibly patient and supportive while allowing me to have input on the type of session we will have for the day. I can’t recommend her enough for anyone looking for treatment.
I started working with Dr. Dillion about four months ago, and I have been feeling a lot better. She creates a space where I can be fully honest without fear, guilt, or judgment. It’s one of the few sessions I genuinely look forward to because I gain clarity around uncertainties, and it’s never a boring appointment. Dr. Dillion is thoughtful and highly skilled at using different exercises to help me triage and better understand the challenges I’m experiencing, making them clearer and more manageable. While we discuss weekly experiences, she also revisits my original reasons for therapy and my long-term goals to ensure my progress stays aligned. I really appreciate that she is kind, patient, professional, and very respectful because finding the right therapist can be very tough. I am incredibly grateful for the support I’ve received and highly recommend Dr. Dillion!!
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Dr. Dillon for the past four months, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is attentive, kind, and deeply caring, with a comforting presence. Dr. Dillon is incredibly easy to talk to and listens with genuine care, remembering even the smallest details. She consistently goes out of her way to research less familiar topics and provide thoughtful, helpful resources. As someone who has struggled with both mental and physical health, and who has often felt dismissed by other providers, I was incredibly frustrated and had begun to feel hopeless before working with Dr. Dillon. She was the first person to truly validate my experiences, and she has continually supported me while advocating for my health. Above all, Dr. Dillon genuinely cares about her clients and their wellbeing. She is compassionate, professional, and deeply committed to the people she works with. I would highly recommend her.
Dr Dillon completely forgot our appointment. Not only did I wait in the zoom call room for 30 minutes, I tried to call her and her supervisors numbers during the supposed meeting time with no answer. The only consolation was her supervisor calling to apologise on her behalf. Do not recommend.

I felt comfortable almost right away. She’s really easy to talk to, and I can really feel how she listens and cares. She doesn’t push, and really gives me the space to be myself and share as much or as little as I want.
I started seeing Dr. Dillon this year after my previous therapist didn't accept my new insurance. They say everything happens for a reason, and I'm so glad I met Dr. Dillon. Within our first few sessions, she worked with me to diagnose and outline a treatment plan for my OCD. She's extremely thorough and detail-oriented, which helps me understand the process so much easier. I'm excited to continue my work with Dr.Dillon!
Dr. Dillon is incredibly helpful, especially in problem solving for symptoms and challenges associated with ADHD. She’s understanding, asks great questions, and has been an invaluable resource when it comes to finding a path forward.
Wonderful!
