About Alison Dobbs

After completing her Master's degree and becoming a registered dietitian, Alison spent almost two years working as a Travel Dietitian and taking temporary jobs all over the country, from New York City to Los Angeles. She brings all of the experience gained from seeing so many different types of patients to her sessions, and fosters a judgment-free zone from the very first meeting. Alison has a strong belief that all foods can fit in a balanced diet. While she has mostly worked in hospitals, her experience has given her a lot of practice with nutrition counseling for specific conditions, like diabetes or heart disease. She has also worked with patients from over a hundred years old to babies in the NICU. Her goal is to use all of that expertise to help YOU, wherever you might be in life right now. Alison graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from the University of Miami, and a Master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Hunter College.
