“Great experience, the office was extremely well-organized and timely.
When I booked through Zocdoc, I arrived to the office and they had told me my appointment had moved 20 minutes later, which I was not aware of beforehand.
They did see me promptly at the revised time.
The doctor came in promptly to the room and we reviewed and discussed the reason for the visit.
Extremely polite and well run office. I would recommend to anyone. ”

The only thing I don’t like is that when you’re booking on Zocdoc they may or may not have the actual appointment with who you want available. Thankfully I was happy with Alison, but it would be nice to have the app updated.

Was unable to see doctor, saw an NP. Wait time was very long. Office was hot, AC not working. Very difficult to get in touch with any of the NP’s, MA’s or doctor after appointment. Not super friendly or welcoming.
