About Alissa Lupu

Alissa is a Registered Dietitian based in New York City with over 15 years of clinical experience. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science from Cornell University and completed her dietetics training through the New York Presbyterian Dietetics program. She has spent the majority of her career as an outpatient Dietitian specializing in gastrointestinal health, working with conditions ranging from IBS and Celiac Disease to gastroparesis and GI cancers. Alissa is passionate about helping patients navigate complex health challenges through evidence-based, personalized nutrition care. She brings a compassionate, whole-person approach to every client, drawing on her deep expertise in digestive health to help individuals feel their best. As an active mom of three, Alissa understands firsthand the demands of balancing a busy life with healthy habits.
