I found the Experience to be Excellent once I was seen. The waiting area can be cooler but the back is just fine. I felt comfortable. The Check Up was Very Up to date and quick. No Eye Sensitivity after the Visit. I went right to work. Driving Professionally.

I went in for a general eye consultation. It was a busy day but the staff seemed efficient. Apparently, I ended up going an hour earlier (ZocDoc sent me there an hour earlier), yet they accommodated me pretty fast. Dr. Fishman was very professional, and was pretty clear in his explanation. I can't say much more since for me it was a simple visit and my eyes are good for the time being but I would feel comfortable going back for something more complicated.

This was not the first time I had seen Allen J. Fishman MD and I have found him to be professional and friendly with his patients. This visit was just for a routine eye exam. My first visit was due to an emergency eye problem and I was seen right away without having an appointment scheduled. Allen Fishman came highly recommended to me by my primary care physician and I would recommend him to anyone in need of a good eye doctor as well

Looks like he has the latest in technology and is very comfortable using it. Would feel very comfortable recommending him, He was recommended to me.

Need to explain that wait time would have been less but I had a problem with my referral . Once that was resolved, the staff was wonderful in expediting me. Meet Dr Fishman for the first time and he was wonderful! Immediately put me last ease. Terrific bedside manner! The whole staff is the best medical staff that I have ever encountered!

The doctor was excellent, so were the other ladies living in the reception desk immediately after I entered through the door. However, one little girl (she checked my eyes and took photos of my eyes before the doctor checked) was not cooperative. The doctor was complaining against something she did to me but I did not understand. Other things are good.

Dr was amazing,really knows his stuff,Problem with schedule.I confirmed for 8:30.Office left message at home confirming for 9:15.
Snow storm caused delay in opening office and Dr Fishman found my appointment but it was for 10:30. I wouldn't have booked that appointment time since I had work and arrived at 8:20 for my appointment.Dr Fishman was thorough with his exam. I plan on returning.

Staff was friendly. Also explains why, and how everything its done to the best of their knowledge. I had a lot of questions and they tried to answer it and not show any sign of being in a hurry. The doctor is very professional and on point as of everything that's going on. He is kind of a perfectionist which is a good thing.

Hi The customer service went well. The staffs need to be more cautions and careful with the patients eyes exam on the machines and equipment. The machines and equipment need to be clean before exam the patients. Make sure to updated any changes of the patients whether it be medications and/or surgery in Dr. Fisherman computer system.
