About Dr. Allen Kowarski
Dr. Allen Kowarski graduated with a degree in physical therapy from New York University in 1979. In 1984, Dr. Kowarski obtained his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College where he also received a Clinical Instruction Award. He was certified in dry needling technique in 2011. He is an active member of the Virginia Chiropractic Association. He practiced in Fairfax for over 30 years and has treated over 12,000 patients. Dr. Kowarski joined the Palmercare team in Sterling in 2017. Dr. Kowarski is passionate about helping his patients get out of pain quickly, and putting them on a path to health and wellness.

I've been seeing Dr. K for chiropractic care, and the difference he's made in my overall health and mobility has been remarkable. From the very first visit, he took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and thoroughly explained my treatment plan.
His approach is not only effective but also incredibly thoughtful and patient-centered. Whether it was relieving my chronic neck and back pain, improving posture, or helping with recovery from an injury, Dr. K always made me feel comfortable and cared for.
The office is clean, welcoming, and well-organized, and the staff is equally professional and friendly. I also appreciate that Dr. K integrates education into each session — I now have a much better understanding of how my spine, posture, and habits impact my well-being.
