About Allison Corzatt
Allison Corzatt is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) passionate about Preventative Medicine and Women's Health. As part of the team at Columbine Family Practice, she focuses on building relationships with individuals and their families, partnering with each patient throughout their healthcare journey. She encourages her patients to make healthy lifestyle changes every day, always emphasizing the improvement of their well-being. While making those changes isn't always easy, Allison strives to be an advocate and support system to help her patients achieve their healthcare goals.
Allison has been in the nursing field for over 12 years, with most of her experience in Critical Care. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Lynchburg University in Virginia and her Master of Science in Family Nursing from Simmons University in Massachusetts.

Really great visit. Allison eased my fears and calmly walked me through her thoughts based on my recent results from ER tests. It was so great - she helped me see my way back for an annual visit…. which I haven’t done in at least 8 years. Loved her and feel blessed to have found her.
