About Dr. Allison Ostrow
Dr. Ostrow has been practicing pediatrics in New York City for almost a decade. She earned her Doctor of Medicine from St. George's University School of Medicine and completed her residency in Pediatrics at Cohen Children's Medical Center in Queens. She has a wide array of experience in both the hospital setting and general pediatrics outpatient care. After training, she spent two years working as a Pediatric ICU Hospitalist at Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital. Prior to working as a general pediatrician, Dr. Ostrow also served as a Pediatric Hospitalist at Westchester Medical Center.
Dr. Ostrow is the mother of two young children and takes pride in being both an involved parent and a caring, comprehensive physician.

We’ve had an excellent experience with Dr. Allison Ostrow. She is incredibly professional, warm, and knowledgeable. My son has been her patient for several years, and he genuinely enjoys visiting her—she has a wonderful way with children. I’m so happy to have found her and to be here. Highly recommend!

Great experience! Dr. Ostrow was terrific and my teenaged son really liked her. As a new patient, she was able to quickly connect with him, answer questions and put him at ease. She answered all my questions and we never felt rushed. Very grateful and relieved to have found Dr. Ostrow and her friendly staff.

Dr Ostrow is an amazing pediatrician. She was very professional with us and very calm with my baby. She definitely has excellent bedside manners. She also comes across as high energy and caring.
The negative is the office. Not her fault but just too tiny and cramped but it sort of comes with the Manhattan Upper East Side location. They make you check in on 20 year old computers which were built in the pre-y2K era and basically dont work.

Dr. Ostrow was awesome! My brother had to go in for a checkup and for what we thought was an ear infection. Because of her thoroughness she was able to accurately diagnose him and make referrals. I was really impressed by the time she spent with my brother -- it's very rare to come across a doctor who puts in that much time and care into their patient these days! The staff were very lovely too! Overall a fantastic office! Very grateful and we look forward to receiving care from Dr. Ostrow moving ahead.
