She has broad experience in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, and suicide risk assessment and management. Allison now enjoys working out-patient to help clients manage their symptoms, obtain remission, and improve their quality of life. She specializes in treating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, personality disorders, ADHD, PTSD, and insomnia. She is passionate about providing quality, compassionate, and holistic services. She uses an evidence-based approach to treatment while tailoring care plans to unique needs. Her practice approach utilizes the recovery model, encouraging patients to be active participants in their care, their treatment goals and in creating their individualized idea of recovery. Allison resides in Montana. She has lived in Washington, Idaho, and Utah, making her familiar with these states and their surrounding areas. Allison believes in bringing psychiatric services to rural areas through telepsychiatry so all people have access to care. What is your typical process for working with clients?

After you request your appointment, you will be sent an invite link for Brightside Health. You will need to enter your insurance and payment information to confirm your appointment.During your initial consultation we will craft a treatment plan personalized to your needs, and schedule follow-up appointments as needed. You will also be able message me directly at anytime via the messaging section of your Brightside Health portal - a tool where will also track your progress, access resources, and see your treatment plan details.*Please note: If you are looking for ADHD care, I do not prescribe controlled medications like Adderall or Ritalin. However, we can support you with therapy and other medications commonly used in ADHD treatment, such as Strattera and Intuniv.*
