Well needed skin evaluation done good to spot details explanation given on serious spots. I was very surprised as she was too on my skin issues, I know I was in her good hands. I do recommend this office to anyone

My only issues are #1 giving all my info and filling out forms online through zocdoc was a total waist of time. They had me fill out the same paperwork again in the office. The Swift machine that the doctor wanted to use on my wart didn't work and that step had to be skipped. I don't want this to be posted anywhere because everything else was just great and should only have effected my initial visit.

I took my son here recently as a new patient, and the experience was disappointing from the start. The front desk greeting was lukewarm and unwelcoming, and the staff overall did not make us feel comfortable. Instead of feeling cared for, I felt rushed through the process and treated like just another number. First impressions matter a great deal in building trust with patients, and this office fell short. Based on this experience, I will not be returning and would not recommend this office.

It was my first time visiting a dermatologist so I did not know what to expect. The check-in was an easy process, and after a short wait, I was attended by an assistant who was very polite. When the Nurse Practitioner, Alison Simek, attended to me, she answered all my questions, made me feel comfortable and attended to all of the issues I had. I have no problem recommending her and all of the staff who assisted me. I will definitely utilize their services again.

Very welcoming environment. Very friendly staff. Wait times were very acceptable. I was not left in a room waiting for the doctor for very long like I have been at many other places. Questions were answered fully, very professional staff. Definitely felt like I was being cared for instead of “just another patient”. Would highly recommend!

Service was great. Zocdoc was overkill. For one appointment I received 9 texts 6 emails and two phone calls. Ugh. After I confirmed there was no need to overkill with all of the wasted redundancy of communication. I will never use this again and will call the office directly. I was hoping this would be easier for the office staff but it became very unpleasant to the point I will not use it again.

The question I had to fill out was really bad. Many of the questions asked had absolutely nothing to do with skin care. Some the questions forced the answer they wanted not the answer I wanted to give. I had spent a half hour filling out a questionnaire at home, then had the same questions and more at the office. They took some much personal information that was none of their business. Duly should be working extra hard to respect privacy after the security beach that Dupage medical had. And needing a copy of my credit card. I’m thinking about canceling after I know my costs have been paid by my insurance companies. Many, many negative feelings about all the questions on both questionnaires. Zocdoc , 2 days before my visit said I was all checked in!!! Allison was great!
