I was born and raised in sunny South Florida. With over a decade of experience as a nurse practitioner, I’ve consistently been recognized for my unique gift: the ability to provide encouragement, even in the bleakest moments of people’s lives. This extraordinary talent inspired my journey into the field of mental health. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Emory University and completed my Master’s in Family Nursing at the University of Miami, which laid a strong foundation for my practice. My profound connection with my inner self allows me to skillfully reframe thoughts, enabling me to uplift and inspire others on their path to better mental health. I specialize in addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, and life’s many stressors. In my practice, I live by the belief that the most precious and beautiful aspects of the world are those that cannot be seen or touched; they are instead felt deep within the heart. For me, the ultimate measure of a fulfilling career is having the privilege to encourage and uplift at least one person on their personal journey, making every moment spent in this profession a life well invested.

My ideal client is someone who places a strong emphasis on personal and mental well-being, facing challenges encompassing not only career-related issues but also emotional struggles like self-doubt, depression, and anxiety, in addition to work-life balance concerns. They seek a comprehensive approach to address their needs, requiring both psychotherapeutic guidance and, at times, medication management. Their overarching goal is to achieve a holistic balance in their personal, mental, physical, and professional life, driven by a profound desire for fulfillment and a clear sense of purpose.

What is your typical process for working with clients?
The patient needs an initial consultation to evaluate their requirements and compatibility with the provider. If both parties agree, we proceed with a formal intake process.

I absolutely loved my visit with her. She was attentive and kind, but most importantly, she listened to me and my concerns. I didn’t feel rushed during my time and genuinely felt like I was her only patient. Very few clinicians do this well to truly connect with me like this and I am grateful to have found her practice. Great listener but felt as my issue wasnt solved Im still bleeding from my nose im just getting charged for an unsolved issue wherever I go and its going on a year with this just to say its jst a scab felt like I wasted my time to hear the same thing said to me
