I have been following up with this PCP. Initially, about a year ago, she was a good and attentive doctor. However, recently there has been a lack of proper follow-up. She did not compare my previous lab results with the current ones to assess progress. My initial labs showed vitamin D deficiency, slightly elevated blood sugar, and excess iron levels. During my follow-up visit for these issues, she did not review my prior lab history or include the relevant tests in the new lab work. As a result, I had to return for another appointment to redraw samples.
Additionally, the office set a default pharmacy instead of the preferred location I provided and has not corrected it yet regardless of my repeated call. Because of this, I have been unable to pick up my latest prescription .

The front staff was professional and the office was clean. The nurse was very good and the doctor was also. Just a very good professional experience. The office texted me a prescription card which had better pricing than my insurance for one drug. An added bonus.
