Spend 2 min with me and very rude to me and assistants; recommend over the counter cream . He asked me what kind of moisturizer I use, when I told him Korean product ‘Sulwhasoo’ , he right away dismissed and gave me sample of Cetaphil .. he is a joke .

dr was abrupt, i told him my feet & legs were swollen, a bit improved now, waiting to see a new Rheumatologist, told him saw skin dr & he gave a creme for swollen feet/legs/he said why if i saw a dr am i seeing him, i said was emergency as my Rheumatologist was away & no coverage for him, i had to apologize as he was rushing, even though he was sitting around resting as i saw him, he was not busy, gave me fast exam no explanation, i had to ask what is wrong, luckily he said come back insurer He did not give the scan i asked for & i asked the assistant why not, she said he looks thru device on his forehead gave me a tiny sample creme, asked what i should use, a different creme he said overall i was unimpressed with him, i wont go back! he seemed a bit rude, no bedside manner for sure!

Dr. Adler is the only good dermatologist left in NY. I have seen him for many years. After seeing too many doctors and trying every medication A friend recommended Dr.Adler he knew exactly what was going on with my skin and how to treat it. He knows what he is doing, understands whats going on with your skin and knows how to talk with his patient -clearly , to the point and understandable.

I had to wait over 45 minutes past the time of my appointment to be called. No one let me know why there was a delay or offered any apology or explanation. This not the first time this has happened here and I am seriously considering switching to a different office because of the long, unexplained wait times.
In addition, the doctor's assistant seemed very inexperienced and needed a lot of direction from the doctor, who even had to spell a word for her that she didn't understand.

Terrible. I arrived early in hopes that I could be seen , they said he was fully booked and I had to wait my assigned time. Fast forward to me being the only patient sitting there alone for an hour. What a way to treat a new patient. My appointment took less than 5 minutes. Went in for a skin condition and was told he didn’t know what it was and suggested I use a bleaching cream to lighten the areas around the rash. So he prescribed a cream I could get over the counter. Waste of time.
