James was extremely professional and knowledgeable with every question I asked. I received Botox and filler from him and he did an impeccable job. I feel that my skin is glowing and natural, yet the shape is enhanced. I’ll definitely be back!

I’m sharing this because my concern arose not from a single issue, but from the convergence of several signals that felt out of step with the level of care I’m accustomed to. During the procedure, the physician appeared moderately nervous (roughly 5–6/10), marked by hesitation, pauses, and reliance on the student practitioner for clarification. There was also a moment of uncertainty around whether the Botox had already been mixed with diluent, which—regardless of outcome—undermined confidence.
Having received Botox regularly for approximately 15 years, I was struck by the injection itself: the needle felt resistant or “sticky,” with noticeable in-and-out motion rather than a clean insertion, and the angle felt more oblique than expected. While I understand bruising is a known risk, the severity and unilateral peri-orbital location felt concerning in this broader context. the experience lacked the steadiness and practiced ease I expect when injectable neurotoxins are administered
