What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe medication is just one of many tools that can be used in healing. There are many components that will eventually make up the treatment that will help you, and those things could include therapy, meditation, yoga, hobbies, positive relationships/friendships, strong supports, and more. If you recognize that your mental health is preventing you from living your life the way you want to be living it, let's talk about getting you on a more fulfilling track. With 25 years experience of caring for those struggling with mental illness in a variety of capacities and environments, I know I can help you. Please email with any questions! *All patients must be located in New Hampshire at time of appointment, whether in person or telehealth. *New patient appointments for evaluation of ADD/ADHD must be conducted in person, for the first appointment.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We'll sit down together for our intake where I will get a detailed medical and psychiatric history, and we'll develop a treatment plan from there. I do not provide therapy at this time.
