About Alyssa Hodge
SELF PAY visits only, I am unable to accept or bill any insurance. Legally unable to prescribe controlled pain medication.

Initial Establish Care Telehealth Visit: $149 - comprehensive 45 minute consult (includes weight loss and hormone evaluation or any primary care reason)
New Quick Telehealth Visit: $99 - 20 minute quick visit with only 1 issue to address; only non-controlled medication filled.
Virtual Follow up: $75 - 20 minute follow up on any issue previously treated by me in the past year
Extended Virtual Follow up: $99 - 30 to 45 minute follow up for multiple issues or questions needing longer time for any issue treated by me in the past year.
New Patient Labs ordered prior to full visit: $50 for quick 10 minute (or less) consult for labs to be ordered, price will be taken off full consult when scheduled.
20-minute visit focused on lab or diagnostic results. Fee is factored in to the visit in which the order was placed.
Extended Lab review discussion - $50 for up to 45 minutes.
Cancellation fee $50 if not rescheduled within 24 hours. No fee if rescheduled.

Alyssa is a fantastic nurse practitioner with a wide range of knowledge. She has helped me understand my mental health and food struggles more than any provider I have previously visited. She creates a welcoming space where you are encouraged to ask questions to fully understand your care plan. With Alyssa’s help I have been able to get my mental health back on track and focus on my college education rather than being stuck in bed from depressive episodes.
