I told the scheduler that I could be there after 2:00 PM. She told me there was a 2:00 PM opening and said she would call me right back to confirm it. That call never came.
I was led to believe an online dermatology visit was available.
I completed all of the required pre-visit steps based on that understanding.
At appointment time, I was told the visit could not be conducted remotely.
I agreed to travel to Denver for an in-person appointment.
Your scheduler offered me a 2:00 PM appointment and promised to call me back.
She never called back.
No appointment was completed.
No examination, diagnosis, treatment, or other medical service was provided.
Yet I was charged a $40 copay.
I don't understand how I can be charged for a medical visit in which no medical service whatsoever was rendered.
I need to know why I should trust this practice with my medical care when the very first appointment was handled this way.

I've had a lot of sun exposure, and have been seeing the dermatologist regularly for many years. Alyx was the most thorough and best exam I've ever had! I can't recommend her enough.
