Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
MA
I specialize in caring for people who are "holding it together" on the outside but struggling internally. Our clients are often professionals, care givers, first responders, students navigating through anxiety, depression, ADHD and busy parents who are dealing with PTSD, mood disorders or burnout that is getting in the way of daily life. Many of our clients have tried therapy or meds before. If you are self aware, motivated for change, and want care that respects your time and intelligence, we are a good fit.

Our clients are often professionals, care givers, first responders, students navigating through anxiety, depression, ADHD and busy parents who are dealing with PTSD, mood disorders or burnout that is getting in the way of daily life. What should a new client know about working with you?

I have over 4 years of experience in mental health services, and licensed to practice in MA. I provide compassionate, evidence-based care for mood disorders, anxiety, trauma-related, and ADHD across the lifespan. I offer medication management, therapy, or both that are patient-centered. My practice often draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy because it's practical and effective. Our first session is about understanding your story and then mapping out a plan that fits your goals. With CBT, we focus on the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. In session, you will learn skills to shift unhelpful thoughts into ones that support real change. While everyone's timeline is different, clients often report symptoms improving within the first month, with continued growth through personalized, ongoing care.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I typically start with a thorough, patient-centered intake, then creating a clear collaborative treatment plan. Care includes thoughtful, evidenced-based medication management, attention to whole-person factors like sleep and stress, and connections to additional supports such as therapy or coaching. Patients also have ongoing access between visits for guidance. I know how exhausting anxiety or depression can make daily life feel, and you don’t have to face it alone. As a board-certified PMHNP, I’ve spent years supporting teens and adults through these exact moments with compassion and no judgment. Together we will create a space to where you feel safe, heard, and understood while we move at a pace that feels right.
