What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I believe every patient deserves to feel heard, respected, and involved in their care. I take time to understand your concerns, experiences, and goals rather than focusing only on symptoms. My approach is holistic and trauma-informed, and treatment may include psychotherapy, medication management, or a combination of both depending on your individual needs. My goal is to create a comfortable, judgment-free space where we can work together toward meaningful and realistic progress.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During your first visit, we will discuss your current concerns, symptoms, medical and psychiatric history, medications, lifestyle, and treatment goals. I will complete a comprehensive psychiatric assessment and work with you to develop an individualized treatment plan. Depending on your needs, treatment may include medication management, psychotherapy, or both. Follow-up visits focus on your progress, response to treatment, any concerns or side effects, and adjustments to your treatment plan as needed.
