My provider was lovely and helpful. The registration process was a little choppy due to issues with the Adobe forms not saving. But no issues once that was figured out.

terrible office, all providers

Amal is hands down the best psychiatrist I have everworked with! She is so knowledgeable in her field and explains everything about your treatment in detail. She tells you what to expect week by week and is honest about medication side effects. You can tell that she genuinely cares and has your best interest in mind which I felt was lacking with all my other health care providers. It took me so long to find a new provider and I feel so lucky to have found her!
They listened, considered me and my situation, and were just so approachable. Exactly the help I was hoping to find, I feel seen and helped.

She was amazing and I would highly recommend. She asked lots of questions and I felt like plan we came up with was done together and my input was valued. She was the first Doctor I’ve met with from Zocdoc that I loved.

Dr. Anely takes the time to truly hear you out and sympathize with what you’re going through. She really, genuinely cares about her patients and their well-being and will go out of her way to make sure all aspects of your care are taken care of as effectively and efficiently as possible. Dr. Anely is also VERY easy to talk to and she doesn’t judge or show any bias towards anyone on any occasion. Just a genuinely loving and understanding soul.

Everyone I dealt within this office was kind. That's such an important point when dealing with people who have difficulty opening up to new people. Amal What's fantastic? She was professional empathetic, and very well informed.

She was wonderful. Listened really well, was very nice and is trying to help me through my situation. Would highly recommend her.
Verified patientVideo visit
She was friendly, understanding, and kind. She explained everything in a helpful, yet not oversimplified, manner. 10/10 recommend!
Video visit
She was labeled as a therapist when she in reality was a medication management person which I already have. I was told there was a waiting list for actual therapy and then when I called the office after they said they actually didn’t have a therapist yet. It was just really unprofessional and I would’ve expected some more clarification on the nature of the appointment before I paid the copay. No mention this was for medication purposes or anything and online it says therapy appointment.

Just had my first meeting with Dr. Adely, she actually listened to what I had to say and was thorough reviewing my medical history before even bringing up medication. If you are having trouble finding a provider who listens to your needs and doesn't put you on more medication than you need don't hesitate to see her.

Dr was super thorough, on time, and comfortable talking to her. Satisfied with my appointment and would recommend. Also the office staff is easy to get in touch with for questions which can be rare for telehealth.

Today I had my initial intake appointment with Amal Adely, PMHNP-BC. She was thorough, efficient, understanding, non-judgmental and extremely helpful. During our Telehealth visit, she reviewed my psychiatric and medical history, addressed each symptom that I was struggling with, created a plan for treatment with me, confirmed my pharmacy and insurance information, sent my prescriptions, and helped me set up our first follow-up based on my needs. I never felt rushed or misunderstood like I have with psychiatric providers in the past, and she helped re-direct and ground me when I would become anxious or triggered while answering her questions. We were disconnected at the end of my appointment, and she called me back right away to wrap up, even though we went a few minutes over my appointment time. I felt safe, comfortable, and heard. I would highly recommend Amal Adely to anyone who suffers from mental health issues and is looking for quality psychiatric care.
