“In my entire life, Dr. Octain was hands down my favorite physician. He was extremely empathetic, attentive, and genuinely focused on his patients and their needs. Truly a 10/10 experience.
My only complaint was the receptionist, who unfortunately was neither warm nor welcoming in the slightest. Even overhearing her interactions with other patients felt a bit jarring, as she came across as extremely apathetic.”

The OD and the assistant were excellent,
The receptionist seemed like she couldn't care less about being professional or helpful.
Except for the officer receptionist the visit was very good.
