About Amanda Cypret
PRIVATE PAY rate for patients with high deductibles or no insurance is $115 per visit when booked directly on ZocDoc.
**All appointments are virtual and there is no physical locations for patients to be seen with me. Please confirm you are requesting a Telehealth visit with me using audio and video to communicate.
**We do not bill insurance at all. This rate includes writing for pharmacy medications (if appropriate) and follow-up with the provider (if appropriate).
Payments must be made upfront, no exceptions. If you can't pay, please cancel online through ZocDoc.
SERVICE EXCLUSIONS - No disability/accident/injury exams - No medical leave/FMLA paperwork visits - No narcotic pain management visits.
ADHD: **Due to Florida law and pharmacy restrictions on controlled substances for ADHD (Vyvanse, Adderall, and Ritalin), I do not provide medication refills or management of these conditions and drugs. Please ensure you are not booking an appointment for those medications with my practice**

Appointment started off good. Amanda was pleasant and would listen to everything you have to say. MIND YOU-I want to anyone else to do an appt with her, she won't even turn on her webcam without money in her hands.
So we go through the motions, and everything seems like it's good. We confirmed my medications and I asked her to send me a text when did as I thought pharmacies close at 6 here. Medications never sent over. I politely asked for money back. Even if not the whole amount. She has made ZERO attempts to help rectify this and has yet to respond to any calls/texts that have sent over the last two days. If you see her(I advise to seek other help), please make sure she sends your meds while she's still sitting in front you.

I’m so thankful I was able to connect with Amanda on my recent sick visit. She was called me the day before my appointment to make sure I didn’t have any questions about our online visit, confirmed my forms were submitted, and jumped on a few minutes early for our appointment. During the appointment, she listened, she offered remedies, and was on the spot with my prescriptions. This was my first online appointment, but doing it from home made it so much less stressful. I had a great experience with my Medwell Telehealth physician, Amanda. She was kind, attentive, and truly listened to my concerns. The appointment started right on time, and I felt heard and supported throughout the whole conversation. She explained everything clearly and made sure I understood the treatment plan before ending the visit.
It was fast, convenient, and I got the help I needed without having to leave home. I would definitely use Medwell Telehealth again and highly recommend Amanda Cypret to anyone needing quick, professional care.
