First sessions are a lot of basics; tell me about yourself, your life and your struggles, so that I can begin to understand you, your needs, and how I might help. For most, an early focus on establishing a positive relationship and therapeutic environment is essential. From there, we go where we need to go - with a pace and approach that works best for you!
