We are a self-pay practice, but we provide superbills for reimbursement.

Patients receive direct one-on-one attention and a comprehensive plan tailored to their health history, lifestyle, and goals—designed to deliver lasting results.
Pricing & Value
The initial consultation is $550 and includes a full 60-minute visit to review your medical history, discuss your goals, and design a personalized treatment plan.
Follow-up visits are $450 (30 minutes) and typically scheduled monthly. These visits focus on progress tracking, adjusting medications as needed, and providing accountability and expert support so patients feel guided every step of the way.
