This was probably the worst experience with a provider. We had scheduled appointment with another provider but they said that provider was not in the area for in person visit. One of the medications needs to have an in person visit at least once a year. So they scheduled with this provider. She was in area. She had zero reviews. (That should have been red flag) She was rude and condescending. She was aware that one medication was running out. She sent two other prescriptions to the pharmacy. She then asked for release from previous providers for the other medication. She was given the requested information. She never sent in a prescription nor did she say that she would not send in the prescription. So six days went by. Does she understand that this medication is critical and lack of it causes major medical and psychological issues? She does not care for patients and we believe that this company does not care for their patients. (An email was sent to them three days ago, no response)
