I highly recommend this office and doctor. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and positive. I’m going to switch her to my primary care doctor because I liked her so much. The office doesn’t look like much from the outside but inside it is very clean and bright and comfortable. If you are looking for a female doctor, I highly recommend Amanda Macdonald. I haven’t seen anyone else in this office but I would without hesitation.

Great visit with this doctor. I’ll be coming here for all of my visits moving forward. The office was very clean and the desk staff was great. The provider was stellar and asked all the right questions, listening to everything o had to say very intently. The phlebotomy staff was quick and efficient, no pain whatsoever. The office was clean and running on time. The staff were all friendly and communicative. I really liked the candor and manner of the provider. I have to say, the phlebotomist on staff was the best I've ever had do a blood draw. Super fast and got it on the first try. I'll definitely be going back for further care.

Amanda and the office are great! Just off the Argyle red line stop, so its super convenient in-person. Amanda listened to my concerns and was more than happy to help. I was especially pleased that she wanted to order labs to rule out any other reasons for my symptoms, and we will be meeting again in a month to follow up!
Highly recommend, she exceeded my first impression and expectations.

This office was fantastic as a first-time patient. The nurses and doctor made it very easy to communicate my health history to make the onboarding process quick. The only downside is that their online health history survey glitched out many times and they had to print out the documents for me.

She was kind, thorough, and answered all my questions. I appreciated that her first step was trying to figure out what the cause of my issue was rather than going immediately to medication. The office is nice, clean, and modern. I would recommend her to a friend seeking a PCP.

I booked for an annual exam to establish care with Ms. McDonald as a new PCP. In my appointment reason notes, I mentioned I was due for colon cancer screening and would require a referral at time of appointment. I was contacted prior to my appointment requesting completion of a very lengthy intake and informed I would need a separate appointment for referral of routine colonoscopy, despite explaining it was not for an acute “problem”. Despite stating I was up-to-date on screenings and transferring care, I was never asked to complete a record request.
Ms. McDonald was nice and attentive, however I found the office/ provider policies frustrating, e.g. I was told I would require quarterly follow-up appointments for refills of medications I am currently stable on. I was not instructed to book a follow-up appt for lab results, but then was refused orders of follow-up labs prior to an appt after I contacted via portal about my own results.
It felt like EVERY interaction incurs a charge.
