medication availability is a real problem- not much mindpath can do with that, but certainly affects the patients.

i felt comfortable with amanda sellman, which means so much. she listened and asked questions but didn?t try to lead my answers. i had just about given up on finding a doctor i felt i could trust and almost cancelled. glad i decided to try one more time.

the front staff is difficult to deal with. when i scheduled my appointment, i was told they would email me a zoom link. i called the day of my appointment becasue i never received one and was lectured by the staff about how i should've kept my original email with the zoom link from when i first met with my provider. (over a year ago). staff always sounds like they're dreading answering patients calls. i wouldn't use mindpath if i didn't like my provider so much.

the only hiccup i ran into is that they initially took my email address down incorrectly. he said they would send me patient paperwork and when no one sent anything, i reached out and spoke to someone at the local office and was told link on website
