She was also extremely thorough about what treatments they would recommend if needed, but they were also open- especially Dr. Smay was open specifically, to minimally invasive-or whether I should say- least needed- before most needed treatment, for which I’m very grateful”

She was very kind, confident and funny. Explained everything clearly. Made sure she had the necessary pictures and history from me. Listened with intent. I know all medical professionals are very busy but was not felt rushed at all. She answered all of my questions with a smile. I was seeing Dr. Kelly before he retired and love the fact that she and Dr. M. are there now. Absolutely recommend this practice. Everyone is great from the front desk, the MA's and the physicians.

I have confidence in the medical staff and how the office is run with the exception of ZocDoc. You may have been sold on how easy it is to use. I am computer literate and old but some of your clients are just old. It was stressful to deal with because it was phone based and not computer optional based on the files that are accepted for proof of ID and insurance.
