I can't recommend Progressive Women's Care (Dr. Bertles and Amanda) enough! They are punctual, great in working with my insurance, and I really feel like Dr. Bertles takes the time to listen to all of my concerns and makes me feel comfortable. She has delivered by baby, done several surgeries on friends of mine, and we all rave about her and this office!

I had a pretty good experience.
I was especially impressed with Dr. Amanda Smith.
She made me feel as if she genuinely cared. She took the time to listen to my concerns and not once did she make me feel uncomfortable. Her chair side manner is impeccable.
I am in Healthcare and understand the day to day operations of a practice.
I also understand how a patient can feel "lost" in the shuffle or feel treated like a "number." Fortunately you won't get that here! ??
