Dietitian

This provider is not licensed in the state of CT, MA, MD, NY, IN, OR, PA, TN, WA, HI, MT, IL, VT I have been a Registered Dietitian for 14 years. I have mostly worked in acute care settings but I also have experience with outpatient nutrition counseling, long-term care, food service management, and rehabilitation care. My favorite areas of nutrition include Diabetes management and community education. I approach nutritional interventions with the individual person in mind - I do not subscribe to a "one size fits all" mentality whatsoever. A person's nutrition journey is unique and should be treated as such. When we first meet together, I will be eager to get to know whatever you would like to share with me about yourself and your life. You can expect me to ask questions about what a typical day looks like for you, what brings you joy, what stressors you have in your life, etc. Of course I am going to ask you about your eating routine which will include sharing with me about foods you enjoy and dislike, any cooking skills or meal preferences you may have, as well as what times of day that you typically stop to eat!
