“The staff was friendly and patient. I had trouble accessing the virtual waiting room and the staff stayed on the phone with me, even rescheduling my appointment for a half an hour later to get me in. Dr. Sollars was kind, knowledgeable and compassionate. She listened to my concerns and thoroughly answered all of my questions. I did not feel rushed and she did no condescend. Very rare to find a doctor with these traits in these times. I would highly recommend her!”

My appointment was at 2 pm but I never received the link for the connection and I was waiting for the call, then, I called 30 minutes later to ask about my appointment but they hang my call before I explain 2 times, then finally I explained and after of wait 15 minutes they sent me one link to my email and cellphone and change my appointment at 3 pm, I connected and wait 30 minutes more in the virtual waiting room for the provider.

Poor communication, in ‘waiting room’ for 1 hour prior to appointment. Provider said she sent in my prescription during out appointment, I went to the pharmacy the next day and it wasn’t there. Bad communication and experience all together. I won’t be going back.
