Amanda is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who currently works at InnerMost, an innovative psychedelic therapy center. We provide in-person individual and group ketamine infusions, in-person Spravato for depression, and psychotherapy. We do not provide medication management.
Amanda has 17 years of clinical experience in hospital-based acute and emergency behavioral health. Her style has always been to approach her patients first from a place of compassion, humanistic regard, and intrinsic empathy.
In 2019, Amanda had an instrumental role in pioneering, designing, and operating the ketamine infusion service for psychiatric inpatients at New York-Presbyterian Hospital / Weill Cornell Medical Center. Inspired by the potential of ketamine to catalyze deep healing, she shifted her primary focus to working with this medicine in an outpatient setting.
Seeking to integrate the more all-encompassing realm of psychedelic therapy, Amanda joins InnerMost as Clinical Nurse Manager and Ketamine Provider.

Wow. What a gem. Dr.Paleos and his team have created a safe and peaceful setting for healing. The space is huge and the treatment rooms are warm and welcoming. If it were not for the type of ketamine infusions offered there I would still be stuck in a C-PTSD. I was lucky enough to be one of Dr.Paleos private clients for infusions before he started innermost. I now see Amanda a psych NP and she is amazing and sweet as can be. If you’re thinking that psychedelic therapy may work for you, check innermost out! They also have other offerings listed on their website.
