What should a new client know about working with you?

DISCLAIMER: We are not accepting Medicare or Medicaid plans at this time. I specialize in pediatric and adolescent mental health, with a family-centered approach that nurtures each child’s emotional well-being and encourages families to work together toward lasting solutions. My passion extends to helping all of my patients reach their full potential in school, at home, and in life, as I believe the ultimate goal of psychiatric care is to improve quality of life, build resilience, and develop meaningful, lasting growth.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Working together, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment, where I partner with you and your family to develop individualized treatment plans that foster well-being, confidence, and the best possible outcomes. I combine medication management with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you understand the role of medication in your treatment and develop practical strategies for success. This approach is collaborative and nonjudgmental, one that recognizes your unique story and is tailored to your individual experiences, needs, and goals. Together, we’ll work toward greater well-being, a stronger sense of purpose, and meaningful progress in everyday life.
