I look forward to helping you move toward greater peace, purpose, and mental wellness. I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner at Elevated Wellness Vibes. I provide holistic, patient-centered care for adolescents and adults experiencing, and not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and bipolar disorder. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from St. Thomas University and bring eight years of prior experience as an adult and pediatric emergency room nurse.
My background in acute care has given me a strong foundation in crisis intervention, compassionate listening, and evidence-based clinical judgment. I was born in Los Angeles, spent 15 years living in Hawaii, and now reside in Miami, Florida. My diverse life experiences — including traveling to 23 countries — have shaped my cultural awareness and deep respect for the unique perspectives of every individual I serve. I believe that mental wellness involves treating the whole person, not just their symptoms. My goal is to create a supportive, collaborative environment where you feel heard, empowered, and equipped to build meaningful, lasting change in your life. I want to aline our time, with helping you reach your goals.

My approach to care is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and clarity. I understand that seeking mental health treatment can feel overwhelming, especially if you are unsure where to begin or have had negative experiences in the past. I strive to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and respected from the very first session. During our work together, I will take the time to understand your unique concerns, experiences, and goals. I believe in treating the whole person, not just the symptoms. No matter what you may be struggling with, we will explore the biological, psychological, and social factors contributing to your distress and develop a thoughtful, personalized treatment plan. I provide medication management, supportive therapy, and education about your diagnosis and treatment options. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I focus on what works for you, at your pace and on your terms, with a strong emphasis on safety, evidence-based care, and long-term stability.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I begin each session by creating a comfortable, judgment-free space where you can share your story openly and at your own pace. My first priority is to understand your unique experiences, strengths, and goals so we can develop a personalized treatment plan together. During our initial visit, I take time to explore your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, and overall emotional well-being. From there, we’ll discuss medication options, therapy goals, and holistic strategies such as mindfulness, sleep hygiene, and self-care routines that support your overall wellness. I believe that healing is a collaborative process. I encourage open communication and regular check-ins to ensure that your treatment continues to meet your needs. Follow-up sessions focus on monitoring progress, adjusting medications as needed, and supporting your growth through education, insight, and empowerment.
