“What stood out was that Zocdoc does not reliably list physicians by specialty.
I specifically listed that the specialty I was looking for was ENT and Zocdoc listed PA's that had nothing to do with ENT and were simply family physicians.
I waited 90 minutes to be seen by a PA that had no specific training with my problem.
I have used Zocdoc in the past years with confidence but it now appears that listing a specialty you are looking for has zero impact on the medical professionals they reecommend. If I use Zocdoc again I will never book an appointment through their site as I would need to call the doctors office to confirm they actually provided the service Zocdoc listed them as providing. ”

I came in for heart rate issues, so obviously I was nervous (I’m only 32). Both PA and nurse were kind and calming, great listeners. The PA was very thorough, ordered multiple tests and follow ups - she took it seriously but did not over alarm me. I also have a major stress response to my blood being taken, they also treated that with respect and brought me water, a wet towel for my neck, and worked quickly. Nurse was communicative and efficient putting on my heart monitor. Very thankful for them.

Didn’t contact me after results was given had to call and do a follow update . Didn’t tell me not to eat before going to my ultrasound just wasn’t given very important info that was needed.
