I was privileged to work with seasoned Psychiatrists and Nurse Practitioners, seeing patients across the lifespan, managing mental health conditions ranging from ADD/ADHD, Conduct Disorders, Alcohol and Substance Abuse, Bipolar Disorders / Manic Depressive Illness, Anxiety, PTSD, and Eating disorders. I did a one-year residency at the Oklahoma City Veterans Health Hospital. I was exposed to the VA culture and worked with Seasoned Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Therapists, Pharmacists, and NPs. My clinical expertise surrounds Inpatient, Outpatient, Emergency, and Primary care Psychiatry, managing mental health conditions ranging from Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD/ADHD), Alcohol and Substance Abuse, Bipolar Disorders / Manic Depressive Illness, Anxiety, PTSD/ military traumas, and Personality disorders. Currently licensed in OK, TX, and NM My approach to providing care is collaborative, holistic, and person-centered. I focus on building a trusting relationship where clients feel safe, respected, and empowered. I take time to understand the full picture—your mental, emotional, physical, and social well-being—so we can create a treatment plan that truly fits your life/needs. I blend evidence-based interventions with empathy, cultural sensitivity, and active listening, always aiming to support healing at your pace and in your way.
