I have been a patient at the health Associates of Tampa for several years now. Dr. Chaz is the most amazing doctor I have ever had. I cannot recommend him enough. Not only is he an amazing doctor, but he takes his time and listens to your concerns. Even after moving out of Tampa, I still make the journey to see him because he’s so incredible. I recommend him to everyone I know. I couldn’t be happier with my care that he provides.

My wait time was due to unusual patient load. Dr Chaz was very apologetic. Lots if sick people this time of year and all wanting to get in because of their deductible. I was the last patient seen that day. Dr Chaz still took the time to thoroughly discuss my health issues. He is a very knowledgeable professional. I haven’t felt this confident about a doctor in a long time!
