Most relevant

I had a very disappointing experience with this visit. I went in because I needed treatment for a specific medical condition, but my concern was not treated during the appointment. Despite not receiving the treatment I came in for, I was still charged for the visit. I understand that a doctor may sometimes determine that a particular treatment isn’t appropriate, but I felt that my concerns were not adequately addressed and that I left without the care I needed. Paying for an appointment and leaving without having my condition treated was very frustrating. I hope the office takes feedback like this seriously and works to improve communication with patients and the overall quality of care provided.
