I’ve been seeking mental health care providers for years that actually take on a holistic approach and while many claim to be holistic, America actually is! We took a deep dive into my nutrition and that with the support of medication is making all the difference. It’s hard work but I finally feel like I’m thriving. I was referred to America by my midwife because of my history of peri and postpartum depression and anxiety. I wish I would have had this type of psychiatric care with my first two pregnancies. I am so grateful I am able to say I enjoyed my third pregnancy and am able to better navigate my emotions in this postpartum period. So glad to have found this kind of support.

America made me feel comfortable and heard. She didn’t rush the appointment and really spent the time to ask me about my history and concerns. She helped me figure out what kind of care/results that I was seeking. If I had any questions she spent the time to not only answer, but explain her answers and validate my concerns without me feeling silly or dramatic. I’m beyond impressed with her and our appointment - I had my reservations about seeing a doctor online but no longer. Thank you America, I appreciate you!
