My only complaint about this facility is the check-in process at the very beginning. Maybe it has changed with the kiosk check-in, but that was not working when I was there. My complaint is that there is very little privacy when you are called to the desk. You have to raise your voice to tell the receptionist your name, your birthdate and then why you are there. That seems to completely go against the goal of privacy. Anyone in the lobby can hear the information you are giving out. "I'm here for a mammogram". It's just uncomfortable and I'm a very private person.
