Dr. Amina has a warm and welcoming demeanor. She actively listened to my concerns and provided her medical expertise. i brought my medical records and her line of questions revealed she took great care to have read them. I wasn’t impressed so far. I have a life long GI issue that I felt like was not taken seriously what so ever. I was made to feel like it was in my head though I’ve been on treatment for it by many drs for 16 years. I had mentioned I had neurodivergent children which she never allowed me to explain and jumped to the conclusion I myself must be neuro divergent even though I know for a fact that all the children’s father is…not to mention none of the children have the same diagnosis and no one is autistic which is what I felt she was alluding to. She insinuated I needed more exercise but never asked me about my diet or exercise regimen, stated “not mom exercise”. If she’d asked she would know I live in a working farm. She gave me a referral to pysch but I’m not sure there’s anything psych can do for me as most of my anxiety and depression issues are related to finances. I’m not sure another Dr and gas bill is going to help.

You guys messed up (ZocDoc) I put a note in that this was for a physical and bloodwork but the office had no idea and had to cancel my appointment less than 1 hour from the appointment time. Improve your system so we can input a reason for visit. Your tech and UI is incredibly dated. Do better

This was the most incredible doctors experience I have ever had. I have never felt so seen and heard by a medical professional. I have struggled with my weight my whole life and have had many doctors just dismiss my medical concerns because of my weight. This was not the case! I would 100% recommend her if you’re looking for a new doctor. She genuinely cares about you and wants you to be better
