What is your typical process for working with clients?
I begin by building trust through open, judgment-free conversation. I take time to understand your history, concerns, and goals so we can create a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs. Mental health care is a collaborative journey, and I believe in working closely with each client to ensure they feel heard, supported, and actively involved in their care. If medication is part of your treatment plan, I take a thoughtful, patient-centered approach—starting low, going slow, and monitoring closely for effectiveness and side effects. Regular follow-ups allow us to make adjustments as needed and ensure you’re progressing in a way that feels right for you. My role is to walk alongside you—providing clinical guidance, emotional support, and ongoing communication every step of the way.
