Robin was equally incredible, warm, attentive, reassuring, and compassionate throughout the entire visit. Dr Patel was mostly helpful. My appointment was a new patient type so there wasn’t a lot to discuss. My biggest problem was when it came to having blood work done. The nurse tried to find a vein and couldn’t so she suggested that I go to the lab they use to have the blood work done there. The lab didn’t know I was coming or what I was there for so I would have had to wait an hour to have something done that could have been done in the office. I chose not to wait because I would have been late for work. That’s the only reason for four stars instead of five.

I have the utmost confidence in his ability to serve as a partner for maintaining my health as my primary care physician. Dr. Patel is refreshing, he listens and doesn’t give a one size fits all approach to his patients, if you want a personal connection to your medical provider. It was nice speaking to a Doctor who is totally on board with trying to achieve optimal health/ levels rather than “normal” ones. This was the best experience with a doctor in my life thus far…

I've always had a difficult relationship with doctors, but my experience with Dr.Patel was refreshingly different. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt comfortable and at ease. Dr.Patel took the time to really listen to my concerns, and his willingness to explain everything clearly made a huge difference.
He patiently answered all my questions and never made me feel rushed. It was evident that he genuinely cares about his patients. I left the appointment feeling informed and confident in the care I received. If you're looking for a doctor who prioritizes patient comfort and communication, I highly recommend him!
