There is a sign at the front saying “please be prepared to pay any copay, balance, or coinsurance at check in.” When I checked in and they took my insurance it seemed I had no copay. At the very end they added it on and it seemed odd. I pointed out the sign to the receptionist and asked why she did not take it when I first got there, and she said because it didn’t show up as needed with my insurance. So of course I ask why I need to pay it then, and she had no answer. Shady
