I am a board-certified physician in family medicine specializing in preventative medicine, pediatrics, and women’s health. I earned my Doctor of Medicine from Ross University School of Medicine - Academic Campus and completed my residency in Family Medicine at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center of the Permian Basin. I was extremely apprehensive about finding a PCP after moving here from Arkansas. Dr. Mahmood was absolutely fantastic!! She listened to everything, made great conversations and even continued with my on going treatment plans without issues! Highly recommend!! 20/10

My visit started out with the nurse. She appeared to be miffed about something. Nevertheless, her attitude came into my visit.
The mood did not lighten until the doctor came into the room. She was like a breath of fresh air. Yes I would return to the office.

The first person that greeted me was the smiling receptionist. She took the needed info from me and I was called back to see the Doctor within minutes. Dr. Mahmood was so kind and thoughtful, she even listened to my real estate stories. She was very clear about what the steps we would be taking to make sure I received the treatment I needed. She was calm and has a great sense of humor, not only because she laughed at my jokes. Thank you Dr. Mahmood

Shes good at listening. But afterwards she took me to hallway didn't tell me why I'm there, so i want home guess we were not done. communication needs worked on my x ray and doctors follow up were scheduled at the same time "by them"my blood test wasn't even scheduled .It was a administrative nightmare!!!! i have high functioning autism i look like a neurotypical but I'm not i do not not recommend doctor seemed nice but after the hallway it went south I'm looking for a new doctor and location McKinney office failing the community i called them about what to do about their mess up they were unhelpful and useless!!! if you get hurt there just go to the vet

I liked the place, it was a fast visit. I was recommended to see an another facility for other reasons and the place where I went was a highly recommended place too. But will I come back? Definitely yes. I will keep this DR as my primary. The staff was friendly. Honestly I do say bad things without hesitation but this office was great.
