“Even with this being my first time visiting I felt like I was being taken care of. I'm not insured, and it was cheap to see the doctor. The waiting room was nice, and the wait was minimal.
She scolded me (in a good way) about my health habits, so it seemed like she actually cared about my well-being. She explained what charts meant in an informative way and gave me a plan/course-of-action to kickstart solving my issues immediately.
Adding on the fact that I scheduled my appointment same-day last minute, the visit was probably the one of the best clinic experiences I've had.”

I advised the aid that I previously had covid and was still out of work. I needed asthma meds and forms to return to work. I waited 40 min in a room to hear the doctor and aids talking about my case in the hall loudly (hipaa violation). The doctor stated she shouldn't be in here get her out. Two aids came in and walked me out as if I was contagious. Eventhough I had no signs of covid and quarantined for 44 days. I was completely humiliated.

I booked my appointment the day before and never got confirmation from the doctor’s office. I called them the morning of my appointment and they told me I couldn’t come because the doctor wasn’t in that day. They then told me to come the next day and I clarified the reason for my visit. When I arrived for the actual appointment they said they couldn’t prescribe the medications I needed, even though I had informed them ahead of time the reason for my visit.

The attention the Doctor gave to me. And he's understanding of new medications available for me. I would recommend my Doctor to my friend and family. The offices staff was friendly and ask if I had any questions? They could help me with I give my visit 100/100

The office ladies were waiting to the last minute to verify insurance. They weren’t able to verify before appointment. Wanted me to wait for them. Hello have an appointment for a reason. Can’t be waiting, my baby doesn’t have time to wait all day for mom’s appointment to finish.

I was seen in about 45 minutes after my appointment time which is fair to good compared to past doctors I’ve tried to see. The assistant who took my basic info was friendly and likable. The doctor was pleasant and attentive. It was the first time I had a medical professional show the initiative of reading and responding to their screening questions or noticing something about me and offering solutions. In such a quick appointment I felt more than cared for like a patient not just a customer.
