What should a new client know about working with you?

I embrace a holistic approach to treatment, and am passionate about providing quality, compassionate, and comprehensive mental health services. I follow evidence-based guidelines backed by years of experience working in mental health to help provide a patient-centered approach through therapy, medication management, and lifestyle education.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I start with a thorough evaluation to understand your history, current challenges, and goals. From there, we’ll work together to create a personalized plan, which may include medication management, therapy referrals, or lifestyle strategies to support your overall wellness. I check in regularly with patients and adjust care as needed, making sure the plan continues to meet your needs over time. My goal is to create a partnership where you feel empowered and supported as you navigate your journey toward improved mental health.

After scheduling your appointment, you will receive an email from Stella Mental Health (formerly Numinus) containing your intake paperwork. Please allow about 30 minutes to complete this form. Your responses will help your provider prepare for your upcoming appointment. All patients are required to complete the intake form 24 business hours before their appointment. You will receive a phone call from one of our dedicated Care Advocates, who can answer any questions you may have. Please be prepared to provide a credit card to keep on file for co-pays or cancellation fees. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full intake appointment fee ($292). During your intake appointment, you’ll spend 60 minutes with your provider collaborating on a treatment plan tailored to your needs. If in-person treatments are recommended—such as TMS, Spravato, DSR SGB, or ketamine therapy—our care team will guide you through the process and ensure you feel supported every step of the way.
