NP Care Clinic specializes in diagnosing and managing psychiatric conditions such as anxiety, depression, insomnia, bipolar II, ADHD, and binge eating disorder. Our focus areas include mental health for organ transplant patient recipient families, infertility (for both men and women), fibromyalgia, rheumatology, and college-age populations. The NP Care Clinic offers psychopharmacology (psychotropic medication management) integrated with psychotherapy (supportive/talk therapy). Drawing from personal experiences, we provide empathetic, compassionate, and nonjudgmental care to all patients.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Note: NP Care Clinic does not prescribe stimulants (Adderall, Ritalin, Concerta, Vyvanse), sedatives (Xanax, Valium), or other controlled substances.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

To ensure a smooth and efficient appointment process, please complete all required paperwork (policies, forms, consents) (IntakeQ) at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. If the paperwork is not fully completed within this timeframe, your appointment will be canceled, and a $150 cancellation fee will apply. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Insurance payments are processed through outside billers (Headway, Alma, and Grow). Currently, We take primary Cigna, Aetna, and Optum. We are still being credentialed with Medicare. We do not take Medicare and Tricare. As these are government payors, We are not allowed to take self-pay patients from Medicare, Medicaid, or Tricare. You are responsible for making sure NP Care Clinic is in-network. You are responsible for all co-pays, deductibles, and any other charges if not in-network.
