She was very thorough with the annual exam. But after freezing several spots on my face neither she nor her assistant gave any after care instructions verbally or written. Obviously this is concerning. I asked the check out person when nothing was provided and she gave me general instructions and had samples provided to care for the frozen areas.

I needed a last minute appt. because I was going on a beach vacation and I needed a mole removed. They occasionally pop-up fast, family genetics. It was in an annoying place. Saw a cancellation here and grabbed the appt. They were super nice and even took off a couple other things. She sent them out and about a week later I got the results that they were all negative (like usual). Glad I was able to get in, the people were so nice throughout the entire appt. and the spots are gone!
