Initial Consultation: Your first appointment will typically last about 60 minutes. We will discuss your mental health history, current symptoms, and any previous treatments. This is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions and express your concerns. Follow-Up Visits: Follow-up appointments usually last 30 minutes, depending on your treatment plan. These sessions are designed to monitor your progress, make any necessary adjustments to your treatment, and provide ongoing support. Confidentiality: Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. All information shared during your appointments is kept confidential in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
